What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the entire HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

  • Oversee payroll management, including preparing and processing payroll, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Stay up-to-date with current HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the technology, blockchain and web3 space.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on technology, blockchain and web3.

  • Experience with HR information systems and data analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant HR and payroll laws, regulations and government grant policies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
