What You’ll Do

Oversee the entire HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

Oversee payroll management, including preparing and processing payroll, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Stay up-to-date with current HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the technology, blockchain and web3 space.
Who You are
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on technology, blockchain and web3.

Experience with HR information systems and data analysis.
